We help you create perfect space arrangements by letting you photograph your real space, drag and drop virtual item frames, and instantly simulate different placement solutions—without moving any physical objects.

Photos of Your Space
When you use Orbi to plan your space, you'll take photos of your real desktop, bookshelf, or display area. These photos are processed locally on your device by default to help you create your layout plans. We only store these photos if you explicitly choose to save your projects to your personal account.
Your Layout Projects
We store the layout plans you create—including the positioning, sizes, and arrangement of virtual item frames you've dragged and dropped onto your photos. This allows you to save multiple layout schemes, compare options, and return to edit your projects later.
Device Information
We collect basic information about your device, such as device type, operating system version, and app version. This helps us optimize Orbi for different devices and fix any technical issues that might arise.

Local Processing First
All initial photo processing and layout editing happens directly on your device. Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to save your projects online.

Any data we store is encrypted in transit and at rest, protecting your personal space layouts from unauthorized access.
Retention Policy
We keep your saved projects for as long as you continue using Orbi. If you decide to stop using the app, you can request deletion of all your data at any time.
No Commercial Sharing
We never sell your photos or layout information to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We work constantly to update our security practices to keep your data safe.
Your Choices & Rights
You're in control of your data, and we give you full rights to:
Access Your Data
You can access all your saved layout projects directly within the app at any time. If you need a full export of all the data we hold about your account, just contact us.
Edit & Delete
You can edit or delete any of your projects directly in the app. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, we'll complete this request promptly when you contact us.
Opt Out
You can choose to use Orbi completely offline without saving any data to our servers. All your projects will stay only on your local device.
Sharing Your Information
We only share your information in limited circumstances:
- With Your Explicit Consent: If you choose to share your layout designs with others via Orbi's sharing features, we only share what you explicitly select.
- Trusted Service Providers: We work with a small number of trusted third-party services to host and deliver the Orbi app. These providers only process your data according to our instructions and maintain the same security standards we do.
- Legal Requirements: We will only disclose your information if we are required by law to do so. We will notify you of any legal request for your information where legally allowed.
Beyond these limited cases, we never share your personal data with any third parties. Your space planning is personal, and it stays personal.
